You will be enrolled in an abridged form of the SMC MAC recognized accreditation Course with the opportunity to review the course material and to complete the following activities:

• Quiz to ensure that you know your obligations as a MAC accredited Mediator
• Conflict vs Abusive Control Discussion
• Pre-Mediation Quiz
• Mediation Process Quiz
• Ethical Practice Discussion
• Marketing and Selling Mediation Services Q&A

You will have the opportunity to participate in two or more role plays as a role player prior to a MAC Re-accreditation Assessment

• Role Play 1 – Role Player – Mediation Role Play.
• Role Play 2 – Role Player – Mediation Role Play.
• Role Play Mediator – Fully Coached Role Play as a Mediator.
• Role Play 4 – Mediator – Assessment or Re-assessment Role Play.
